WARNING!!! If you use your navigation system to this address, you will get lost!!!
I will have signs with balloons out to help you find your way. If you are familiar, this is at the Girl Scout property in Kit Carson Park.
I find it easiest to go this way:
Exit Interstate 15 at Via Rancho Parkway.
Head east (about one mile) past the mall to the stoplight that says “Kit Carson Park” to the left and “Mary Lane” (which goes to San Pasqual High School) to the right.
Turn left onto the Kit Carson Park and head straight back. The road will dead end at the pond.
Turn right. A very short ways down the road the first entrance on your right is the Girl Scout property.
Park anywhere and go in the building. There is one big space inside on the right.
There will be a short break around 4:00. I will have a snack of cookies and fruit for you at the break. Bring your own water bottle to have throughout the seminar.
I personally find sitting upright in chairs to be too formal for the girls, so if the girls would like to bring blankets, pillow pets, etc., we could have a more casual environment. I will pull out the sleeping mats for them to use.
Moms, you might be more comfortable if you have a favorite beach chair, but there are chairs in the room.
We should be done by 6:00, depending on how “chatty” the group is that day. : )
